The towing service was excellent and so welcomed. I can only say after I first saw his running lights I felt safe and knew we were in good hands. This was also the first time I have ever had to use Performance Towing.

This guy screwed me over when I got lockedout of my car. It took him over an hour to get to me, not the 15 minutes he promised. Showed up in an unmarked car, then he charged me $185.00 to open my old ford van. (over three times the price he quoted me on the phone) Then he made me pay cash, gave me a generic receipt with a fake address, the whole deal. This guy is a total thief and should be in prison!

Picking a tow company when you are stranded is scarry. I wanted a fair price and to trust the driver. How can you tell? I looked at the website on my Blackberry, the trucks looked nice (good standards?) and the price was fair. When the well groomed driver showed up, I was releived and felt safer than standing alone.
