My septic tank was backed up and I thought it needed to be pumped. The lady on the phone was so helpful, I ended up not needing my septic pumped after all. Their technician was able to clear my line and let me know I could wait another year before pumping. I had called another company and was confused because they told me I should have it pumped. I have a filter on my septic that needs to be cleaned every 6 months. That's all it was and I had no idea, but Draintech did. I am glad I listened to them. I saved money, and I got excellent service. They gave me a brochure explaining my septic tank and how it works so know I know much more about my onsite sewage system. Thanks Draintech! I highly recommend this company. I had used other big companies in the past when I had plumbing work and a drain issue with my sewer line. I called the people at DrainTech and was pleasantly surprised at what a great company and great service they provide. My husband and I will never call anyone else again.
I called them for my toilet backing up. They quoted their price on the phone. The technician took care of my problem in under an hour and their price was exactly as I was told over the phone. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
After using another company when my sink would not drain and getting very little for an outrageous price I was nervous when I had a backup in my sewer line. I called Draintech and they immediately reassured me that they could handle my job and send someone out within the next two hours. They promised to call first and they did. The technician was there before the two hours and went right to work. He had my line going again in under an hour. When he handed me the bill there was no surprise it was exactly as I was told over the phone. After trying another company for over twice the price I will always call Draintech and will tell all my friends to call if they have problems.
