Their service is very prompt. My parents' house had a leak that started from the kitchen sink to the garage! When we ran the sink, the water would leak through our garage due to a broken pipeline and it was a mess. When my parents returned, they called Drain Doctorx. Matt #309 was prompt to fix the issue. It was fast and easy and that is why I would recommend them because of the convenience. Plus, my parents live out in north bay area and someone was still able to come. They even gave us a 10% off coupon for next time!

We came back in town to find our kitchen pipes backed up. Drain Doctor was there with in 45 minutes. They were wonderful, had the issue cleared and clearned up immediatly

I had a party at my home and suddenly the kitchen, toilets were flooded nothing worked we called Drain Doctor and the technician by the name of Chan # 286 was dispatched from Santa Clara. A very gentleman

immediately started and was done very quickly and

very professionaly. I was happy that my party was not

disrupted and everything was fine. I would very highly recommend Drain Doctor for plumbing and sewer work

they are fast, professional and very reasonable.

We were out of town, our neighbor called telling us water was pouring out of our garden window over the kitchen sink. The supply line under the vanity to the hot water broke in the bathroom upstairs, ran through to the bedroom across the hall and down between the walls. The ceiling in the bedroom below caved in and flooded a good portion of our downstairs.



We instructed our neighbor to shut off the water at the shut off valve immediately...we arrived home that night, called the Drain Doctor in the morning. He was out in 45 minutes, had the pipe repaired and water back on.. c

I called this place up to fix a clog and yes they fixed it and i GAVE them a check. Now usually when one accepts a check they make sure that it is for the correct amount. Our employee wrote the $225.00 on the check but miswrote the amount where you actually write it in words. HIS Fault fine I understand.Then I get a phone call saying I didn't pay them and that they're going to take me to COURT over $225?????!!!!! That's ridiculous!!!!! 225? c'mon..... So I told the lady (Christine) that she could send me back the check and I would send her a new one. But no she said I should drive all the way to Santa Clara from Oakland to give her a new check and that she didn't trust me enough to send me back my original check because she said people LIKE me like to skimp out on the bill.... Now I run good well known businesses and $225.... really? I'm Korean and these people are Korean, and its shameful and embarrassing that these people are trying to take in two checks at the same time. I hate to say this but is the reason why the Korean community is sometimes frowned upon. I hope that people refrain from doing business with these people. There are much much better and CLEANER people to do business with.

Liars and scoundrels! Kick them out, don’t go there! I had two plumbers at the same time for a free estimate. The guy who came first gave us a $165 estimate and the second one from Drain Doctor Inc., who came 30 minutes later for his appointment said in front of the first guy that he will do it for $120. ( It was Chinese guy from Drain Doctor Inc, tech# 73, in optical, hard accent, name is Chag? ) Naturally I let the first one go, but as soon as he left this crook gave me his written estimate as high as $225 perfectly knowing that because of him I just sent away a good plumber who wanted this job for $165!
