I brought in a flask that I had purchased on vacation in New Orleans to have my initials engraved on it. There was a place on the flask that was not decorated for the engraving to go. the Letters off center and too small. I was told that they couldn't be larger, which I do not believe. they agreed that they were off center and so did not charge me for doing a poor job. I would rather have paid and had it done right. Also, the engraving is not very deep. I will not go there again.

DO NOT GET YOUR BOWLING EQUIPMENT HERE! I bought a bowling ball here and had it fitted and drilled. First off I brought a ball that currently use and was happy with the fit and asked him to replicate it. He agreed but he wanted to measure my hand and compare he measurements to my current ball. He said they were very close. Then he drilled it up well saying a bunch of technical jargon. Don't be fooled! He did a great job with distances from my thumb to finger. But that's pretty much the existent of what was right. he drilled all three holes with the left handed pitch and I'm right handed when this is done it almost makes it impossible to get your thumb out of the ball when it is thrown its painful had to bring it somewhere else to get fixed. The pro shop owner had dozens of stories of balls that he has fixed that were done by Dr. Hooks. Don't make the same mistake I did.
