Absolutely terrible company. Late, rude, packs the van for "shared rides". Please complain to mass health if they are not treating you right. Theses mass health rides cost allot and the company should provide a safe timely ride to its customers. I think they should lose their contract with the state. This company should be ashamed!

Pretty good company overall, they are usually always on time. Friendly staff, accommodating and polite. Kisma, John, Lee, and David are all very helpful in getting you where you need to go. The receptionist Holly is also excellent, good service.

This company was supposed to pick me up for doctors at 11am never showed up told company i was a noshow froze for an hour and half waiting on these fly by night

I have a very reliable service with this company i guess it deoends on the driver.. Kisma is a very reliable driver she lets me know ten minutes before her arrival. Plus its always within the same time frame everyday. On the weekend i also receive good service. Whenever I call I always get a polite proffesional service and if i have a question i get a call back within 15 minutes so my experience is that of a good one

This is the absolute worst car service of all time. Unprofessional, sloppy and rude drivers. One driver left my mother on the side of the road on her way home from the doctors. Another one left my aunt and uncle stranded on the road to wait for another driver to pick them up because he refused to drive any farther. The woman that we reached when we called to complain was beyond obscene and swore at my mom on the phone. The most unprofessional, unpleasant, disorganized and awful experience you could choose for a ride.
