Over the holiday weekend I had a mess in my house with tons of people on their way for a BBQ. I couldn't flush any of my toilets and sewerage was everywhere, I called dr rooter and spoke with a women who was very professional and assured me everything would be ok. She had a plumber to my house within the hour who fixed the problem, helped me clean up and was GREAT. He gave me a price and that's what it was, no hidden cost and no extra charge for memorial day. Needless to say by the time my company arrived my toilets working again and everything cleaned up.
