Doboszenski & Sons has grown rapidly, since its inception more than 20 years ago, from a family-run organization started by Kenny Doboszenski and his wife Phyllis. The initial total asset base consisted of a skidsteer loader and a single-axle truck. With about a dozen employees in 1991, the company has expanded to become a thriving general excavating business with more than 100 employees and a modern heavy equipment fleet with supporting services providing the capability to efficiently carry out virtually every earth-moving related activity. Doboszenski & Sons is committed to providing excavation and related services at a fair/competitive price to meet the ever-increasing range of customer needs. This is being accomplished with the utilization of efficient state-of-the-art field equipment, modern computerized office management tools and a professional profit sharing work environment to attract and retain exceptional employees.
