Loaned truck to friend from church to move he had suspended license. Cops let me choose towing co. Dicks told me 200 plus 15 a day impound. When I went to pay 8 days latter she said it was 418 instead of 320. I had to take my kids Christmas presents back to pay them and only had four hundred. I told her about the presents and asked if she would take the 400 "No!" I was humiliated to even ask just a cold hearted "No!". I told her we were doing really bad and our power had gotten turned off she didn't care. We had to open our kids piggy banks and went back with a lunch brown bag full of our kids savings. She wouldn't hold the door open till 5:03. Three minutes after closing and we had to drive all the way back the next day and pay another 18.50. Their web profile says they make a million a year Merry Christmas huh?

Ive been using dicks for about 30 years and I have always been pleased with there service. They are an amazing company and have very friendly workers.

I called for help through my roadside assistance. Their eta was 2 hours. After 2 hrs I called back. They were on their way... It was 2:25 in the morning. They cancelled without even giving me a call. There I was, a 52 year old woman on the side of the road with a blown out tire. I am letting my insurance company know of the poor service (or should I say lack of service) Be careful if you call for help from this company.
