We had a kitchen sink clog from hell. My dad snaked the pipes in the basement for me to no avail. He told me to tell the plumbers that they would need to go up through the top vent pipe up on the roof, so I did exactly that. When DSM Drain arrived (exactly on time) the men were friendly and polite. After I relayed my dad's message, they went straight to work on the roof, they didn't doubt what I was saying, they cleared the pipe and it only took them about 15-20 minutes. Their hourly rate was $15.00 less than the first people I called. Thank you so much Des Moines Drain and SC.
