What is Delta-8-THC and whats the difference between Delta-9-THC? â?? Delta-9-THC Is what gets you "high" when smoking cannabis. Delta-8 is a similar molecule that is found in the industrial hemp plant but the effects are said to be milder, more relaxed, enjoyable, helpful in reducing stress & anxiety reducing and can assist with nausea and appetite issues. It's not nearly as potent as Delta 9 but its effects are indeed similar. Some may say better! Other anecdotal evidence suggests that the effects are felt much more in the body and is more of a relaxing experience than delta 9.
