Terrible! Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with this kind of treatment. The delivery was one week late, 13 boxes were LOST, furniture was broken and boxes were smashed when packed on the van. The moving representative was not present on the day of pick up as he said that he would be. Items were numbered and listed on the day of pick up, but the delivery driver did not check off the itemized list as things were being taken off of the van. Once he was ready to leave, I had to force him to go through and check off all of the boxes that had been delivered. When 13 boxes were missing, the driver just left claiming that he delivered all that was put on the truck. I cannot recommend this company and customers should be EXTREMELY diligent in labeling boxes and keep your own itemized list. Be aware that your belongings may be loaded onto a local truck and then transferred to an interstate truck if moving out of state. This provides a greater opportunity for loss.
