USAA hired D & A recently when my car had to be towed from Taylor and Vaughn. The call back informed me that it would be 70 minutes for pickup. It was 102 degrees in the parking lot, so I called my mechanic who could be there in 5 minutes. We called D&A immediately to cancel. A woman named Dana called on my cell phone and proceeded to chew me out, would not let me explain (in fact said "No you can't talk--I'M talking") and said she was going to report me and "We WOULD be charged." Then she hung up in my face!

I called USAA to report this and they are writing up a report on their poor customer service and slow response.



My car is at the mechanic's thankfully being serviced. I would NOT recommend D&A Towing. Their slow response and lack of basic customer service or common courtesy is very unprofessional.
