I am new to the CVS pharmacy. I usually do mail order! We were informed through a text that my precription was ready! Never had that with any over pharmacy! I called just to make sure it was ready for my husband to pickup! They were ready when he arrived! They were very nice! Only problem was the drive up speaker was hard to hear and speak! That's the only problem we had! Thank you!

I am used to exemplary service at my CVS....but when I am traveling and have to use this one, I am horrified at the poor customer service, lack of engagement with the customer, unwillingness to assist, and one time, a downright lie. There are two of the pharmacy employees who are great, just to be fair. They just aren't always there when I am! There is certainly "opportunity to improve" in this CVS.
