How can people write a review for Culligan in Collinsville when one does not exist. None of these reviews say where they did business. How can this be useful to the costumer or business.

I could never live without my Culligan water softener or my drinking water system. I save so much money by not having to buy bottled water. I have a separate faucet on my kitchen sink so I can drink and cook with purified water all the time at my fingertips! Culligan in Eagleville had great salespeople and they installed the system within 3 days. I got quotes from 3 other water places and this one was very competitive.

Horrendous service. Cannot handle postponing delivery until after a vacation (tried to deliver anyway (three times)), emergency phone number on bill is a wrong number, monthly price keeps going up, service keeps getting worse.

I would rather drink sewage water than deal with Culligan. They don't call back. Won't pick up their junk and give me my money back which was promised.

I called 3 times for a service appointment and was told each time that a service technician would call me back that day. Needless to say, they've never called back. Clearly, Culligan doesn't need our business.
our water tasted like dirt and was cloudy. we were spending alot on bottled water and i would always find have empty bottles everywhere. but now i have a water cooler from culligan in the corner of my kitchen. i use 4-5 jugs a month, buy going this route i save 30-50.00 a month on water. i love it!

After spending $5000 on the Platinum system and a reverse osmosis system, it's a slap in the face to have to spend over $200 per year (including a 10% discount) for the annual service, which includes a filter change and sanitizing the system. It took the technician 20 minutes total. Also, a fuel surchage was added, even though gas is less than $2 a gallon. I'd recommend another system entirely, one that's cheaper to buy on the front end, and doesn't come with the hefty annual charges. Comparing our water to our neighbors who bought the Sears system, there's no appreciable difference, and they spent a fraction of what we did.

Great tasting water. It's very convenient to have the water filtration units in our home and office. Our previous water providers, Sparkletts & Arrowhead, did not have as many filtration solutions. We are very happy with Culligan. Our service technician is very friendly and always smiles when he comes to our house. We would highly recommend Culligan if you are tired of paying all of the fees associated with 5 gallon bottles and the old plastic dispensing machines. Thank you - Culligan Man...

I love my culligan water softener and drinking water system! I am not sure how i lived with out it now that I have it. I never knew that a reverse osmosis system could purify my water so well! I loved the "Culligan Man" that installed our equipment, he said Culligan had been in business for 72 years and has dealerships in 100 different countries! WOW ! i had no idea,,,anyway they were so awesome to work with and so professional! i would refer them to ANYONE!
