Established in 1999, Crisis Services of North Alabama, also known as CSNA, is a multiservice agency for individuals and families in crisis. Located in Huntsville, Ala., the organization supports an educational and training program that includes professional training, community education and a speaker s bureau, as well as general and specialized training courses for volunteers. It also administers a casenet program that is a community-wide homeless management and information system that helps homeless service providers. Crisis Services of North Alabama provides an outreach services program that includes a county coordinator program that provides court and emergency legal advocacy, case management and supportive counseling. In addition, the organization offers a crisis services program.
