Thank the heavens for Craig Connections! When we moved to town, they came and installed DISH Network at our newhouse with no troubles whatsoever. I had already tried to arrange satellite TV installation with two other "major" retailers, but neither of them showed up during the 4-hour installation time that they themselves scheduled! I spoke to Matt, the owner of Craig Connections, on a Saturday and arranged an installation at 9:00am the very next day (SUNDAY!). The installer arrived at 8:45 and was cordial and professional the entire time he was there. Now, we're going to have them design and install a custom home theater system for our new media room. After all the hassles we had with those other two companies, we appreciate a company that still values customer service and recommend them to anyone who needs Satellite TV or home entertainment equipment.
