I ordered a cab then an hour passed by and they still didn't show up so I called. They kpet putting me on hold then they would hang up. Finally I asked what was going on cause it had been an hour and a half already since I called the guy got rude with me and said they didn't have a cab available. I had asked why they didn't say anything from the begining instead of making me wait. And he got rude and just said he said its not his fault. Absolutely HATE the way they handled things! No good.
