Dear Countryside Towing, I seriously cannot thank your company enough! One of your tow truck drivers was dispatched to 495 Thursday night (4/5) from a AAA call that my daughter placed. Without going into detail, she didnt have AAA coverage but she got towed anyway and for an extremely cheap amount of money. Your driver dropped her and her friend off at a local hotel until I could get down there to get them and was extremely nice to my daughter and her friend. My daughter is only 18 years old and to have your idle pulley and fan belt basically fall off the car causing it to lock up on an extremely busy highway is cause for panic. I am thankful she was able to get off to the side of the road from the center lane she had been traveling in without injury. Your driver was so nice and helped her through this situation, which I am extremely grateful for. I also want to thank you for doing the work to her vehicle for a very reasonable amount of money as well.

I was broken down on the hwy 495w/ my 3yr old because we hit a pothole. My roadside service advised us to stay out of the car on the side of the highway. Apparently the single man in the car behind us made a call a few seconds before me. He was sitting in his car the whole time and me and my son were standing in the freezing cold(as advised by the service bc of the danger of a possible gasline break) outside.The first tow truck driver serviced the man behind us regardless of the fact that we had been standing on the side of the road for a half an hour waiting for someone police, or tow to show up. The man behind us got in the tow truck where it was warm and we continued to wait in the cold with my son crying and freezing. The man that came for us after was excellent. I have never experienced anything as wrong as that and thought I would let anyone thinking about using this company know about this.

Countryside is the one to call when you need a tow. I have used them several times...almost called them this past weekend when I got pulled over for driving an unregistered vehicle...but thanks to the nice police woman who looked the other way and let me drive home I didn't need to. They are professional but more importantly fast...when you need a tow, you want fast. I can't say enough about them.

I just wanted to send this email to say Thank you for your service with my parents this morning. They were stranded on Roland Road near the Stow Acre Country Club with a flat tire and they called me and asked if I could call AAA for them. When I did, I asked them how long it would be as my parents were both over 70 years old and my father has serious health problems. They were both on their way to my father's Dr.'s appointment at the VA. Within 15 minutes of my call, your tow truck driver arrived at my parents location. My mother had nothing but nice things to say about the driver and she was so happy on how fast everything was. I wanted to send this email because honestly, it is hard to find service like that anymore and I worried very much for my parents being stranded and I felt helpless given that I was over an hour away from them at work. You relieved the worry I had and I cannot thank you enough. A local favorite, or highly recommended because

I had an auto emergency while traveling through Marlboro a few weeks ago and I called Countryside. I was VERY PLEASED with their quick response and the overall demeanor of the driver. He made me feel very comfortable and knew exactly what the problem was and had me back on the highway in very little time!

I had an emergency tow a few weeks ago when I was driving through Marlboro and I was amazed at how quickly this company responded to my needs. Not only were they quick, but once arriving, the driver was courteous and understanding of my situation. I will always call Countryside whenever I am in trouble on the road.

My husband and I love this company. We've been having a lot of our vehicles towed lately and we always call them. Very quick service and very nice. The lady that answers the phones is very polite.

This tow service handles AAA calls, and is very prompt, professional,helpful with your sudden needs, without giving any sales pitches. I've had contact with them for about a decade, always a positive experience.
