When I went in to look at the model, I was very pleased with what I saw. the house was move in ready. I told the sales rep, Andy about what we were looking for and how pleased I was with the house. Everything was going well, until I toold him I was in the military and could only afford so much. He went from helpful to snobbish and couldnt get me out of that house fast enough. he told me that I could contact the sales manager. I contacted her and she was worse. Nacy Grover is a horrible person, I dont say that much, but when she found out that I was military and was looking for a house around a certain price point she got really snobby and rude. She told me they dont have any programs for the military and pretty sure they wouldnt help out. She then tried to tell me story about a doctor who works for the military looked at one of their homes to buy. I told her that I am not a doctor that works for the military. Thank you for making people inadequate to talk to you. Great service...
