Do NOT get in a position to have to deal with this company! This is the most unprofessional company I have EVER had the misfortune to deal with. First, it took them over 5 days AFTER my scheduled appointment, to even show up. Their explanation was that they got LOST! They finally showed up and supposedly "fixed" our problem, and gave us a bill for over $2,400.00. The repair lasted TWO days. When I called back to explain that we HAD to have water because we had 160,000 baby chicks coming in that we needed to water, the man I spoke to wouldn't even let me talk. He was rude and uncooperative. I called back the next day to ask when he was coming and he informed me that I was not his only customer. I called THREE times. He told me NOT to call him again. He'd be there when we got there. He accused me of calling him 13 times and said if I called again he would not answer the phone. Next time I will call Wilsons in Westville OK! I wish I had done that to begin with.
