      Cooking On The Bayou's Principal's were born and raised in New Oreans. Our exquiste style of complex food preperation was started out by helping our Grandmothers and Mothers prepare Cajun/Creole foods. Our skills were further enhanced by working in some of the most famous eating establisshments in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and of course Lafayette, Louisiana, the heart of Cajun Country.
