The most incompetent and unprofessional people I have ever tried to deal with. Receptionist needs to be taught common courtesy and phone etiquette. If anyone ever does answer the phone, they cannot help you. I wrote a letter in December 2008 asking for a showing in writing of the balance on my account since I haven't received anything since July 2008. I was told when I became a customer in July 2005 that I would receive a showing every 3 months. No acknowledgement has been sent, yet. I have not been able to get a pay history that I have asked for repeatedly. I have respectfully sent my payment on time every month for almost 4 years. Why should I keep sending my hard earned money to a place who doesn't have enough respect for their client to even send a statement that I have been asking for at least 4 months? I work in customer service myself and if I treated one person the way I have been treated, I can assure you I would have no job before the end of the day.
