To meet the requirements of the 1996 Americans With Disabilities Act, major cellular phone companies, like AT&T, Verizon, and others, offer free 411 service to those who can document their visual disability with approved medical reports. When I switched to consumer was told you too offer this. It is not true. I switched because I was told you offer this same service as other major cell companies, Shame on you! Do you really need business that bad? Do you not care about Americans with visual disabilities?
