I'm curious as to why you had my computer for over seven weeks,did not keep me posted to status of my computer.Also I would like to know why you couldn't get micro for my computer.Who does your diagnostc work?I was able to locate and recieve my micro in two days.Upon installation of micro I find that Is not the problem.I feel like I recieved very shabby treatment and I'm out two hundred and fourty-two dollars.At least I'm not out the six hundred dollars that you were goimg to charge me for the same micro.I guess what I am trying to say is "thanks for nothing" My name is Warren Ashe
