They are so rude here and so unprofessional. They moved my car to a different location without even letting me know. They never pick up the phone and when they do, they are incredibly rude. I called to ask if I could electronically or fax the release form because I live 3 hours away and they said no. They told me I wpuld have to come and sign it myself and theres no other way. Another time I called they asked me what I need and they replied call back tomorrow we're already closed. WHY DID YOU PICK UP THEN?!

They towed my car o 5/31/13 went to pick up my car and they could not find my keys. They pomis to deliver my car to me that evening by 5:0clock, it never happen. Had to go back the next day with spare keys. They promise to replace my keys. I have called no response. now i have sent a letter with the amount to replace, called stated they had not received the letter. today i am sending the letter again to the busines office and his home. This process has been going on for almost a year.I m ready to see a lawyer.
