Scam Artists still exist! 2 of their service technicians, at a routine tuneup, unhooked the connection to the Heat Speed Relay to make it appear that we needed a new blower. Two other professionals determined that our system was fine.

Great company! Sales rep was knowledgable and offered solutions to all my questions. Installation tech also knew his product and addressed my requests with my ongoing renovation of my home. He was thorough, clean and friendly. The Tech supervisor also helped me with questions I had about my existing duct systems and offered solutions. They all worked well as a team. This is our second install of a system by climate control in the last three years. We know we can rely on them for great service.

Climate Control is awesome. Last summer we were having issue with our A/C. Climate came over and evaluated our system and found our unit was failing. The A/C was checked by another large service group in the Northland who said we were just fine a few weeks before. Not only was the A/C bad but the "A" coil was rusted through. We love our new Trane Heat Pump from Climate Control! The owner does a great job in hiring the best technicians. Thanks Dave!

The Technician was professional. However, the work was very very expensive. There is a $90 fee just for coming to your home. This fee is not waived if your hire them to do work, nor is is applied to the work you have done. I was charged in total: $575 for the installation of a blower motor on my furnace. This was after I was offered a motor for $750. After being informed by friends that I had overpaid, I secured estimates from other local companies. I received estimates ranging from $260 to $350. Shop around, and compare prices. The motor I purchased, has been priced online for $125-$175 online. I have no problem paying for work, but $300 above estimates for 1 hour of work is a bad deal. If money is not an issue - then you will be happy with their work. Their work is good, and their people are nice and professional. I however, don't appreciate being exploited when I am in a bind.

I love my new furnace, the installation was great. After the installer was done he took the time to explain everything to me.

These guys are ridiculously overpriced. A 10 minute repair cost us nearly $500. This includes a $360 charge for a $25 replacement part and a $100 diagnosis fee. Any time you have to call someone for repairs, a big concern is that the repairmen won't take advantage of you. Well these guys are exactly the types that you should worry about.
