In defense to ClemTech a 10 year minority business that has been recognized by the largest fortune 100,500,&1000 companies state wide such as: JCPenny's, Wachovia, Chase, Rainbow Co., Terminix and numerous commerical/residental real estate companies. I've researched ClemTech's history and noticed that thier success can out weigh any complaint of something the surrounds us billions and billions to one of us. INSECTS. Insects will never extinct nor endanger. Lets not forget Spiders,Scorpions,Centipedes, and etc.. that are not insects but arthopods, that also surround us billions to one. ClemTech has effectively controlled all 72 commercial/residential housing complex that I own. After understanding that thier customers have kept them for over 5 years. (THEY MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT!) So that's why I chose them and I'm completely statisfied. As for those who choose to complain about having roaches, maybe you should clean up and seal up your home.FYI You Import Roaches in your home.

Its funny when residents of apartment communities that are older than 10 years old do not understand that the age of a property can harbor an abundant amount of insects. Years and years of tenants that live with roach infestations due to bad house keeping and food handling, can transport there infestations everywhere they move, also have their infestation transfer to the residents around them. German Cochroaches are very difficult to control especially if you cater to them for long periods of time. You cannot surely rely on Pest Control Technicians because they aren't responsible for how you live. Pest Control Technicians aren't maids, it is the tenants responsibility to make decisions for thier own home for better living. It is unfair to blast those who help you, especially if you can't help yourself. You can accumulate 1000 roaches in 1 month you are responsible for rediding your own problems overall inside of your home. As all pest control companies can only help and control.

I live in an apartment complex serviced by them. I believe they have a method for bringing roaches back instead of getting rid of them. I seem to develop a roach problem after each visit. I'm told it has to be this way for the first few weeks, but it seems that the company is more skilled at creating infestations than exterminating them.
