Chuck's towed my van and when the van was on the ground, rather than pulling forward so that the flatbed would clear my rear bumper, the driver raised the flatbed over a foot in the air and bent my rear bumper up breaking two clips that hold my bumper in place, cracking a bracket that holds my bumper and scraping up my paint. The driver did not even say anything to me; I only knew because I saw him do it. No integrity in this man. Then I called the owner. He fixed the clips (probably cost him a dollar for the clips) and when I called him about the cracked bracket and the scraped paint, he said that his contract states that he is not responsible for unforeseen damages, as if the drivers unwise actions and lack of experience was unforeseen. He said he has fixed all he is going to and then after ranting on the phone, hung up on me. The driver wasn't even going to give me a copy of the receipt because I made him note the damages on the receipt. These men have no integrity.
