Chuck Smith is a local attorney who is passionate about Virginia Beach city government. He's practiced law for more than thirty years, representing plaintiffs and defendants, both civil and criminal, in Federal and State Courts. His primary practice areas are Bankruptcy, Criminal, Divorce, Immigration, and Military Law. A former Marine (0311) and U.S. Navy JAG Officer (Retired), Chuck is married with five children. He has lived in Virginia for the last three decades, in Roanoke, Norfolk and Virginia Beach.
