General Info

I am trained in Marriage and Family therapy, and I serve children, families, couples. I consult with schools, mental health agencies, and businesses interested in improving their interpersonal skills. My speacility is connecting with people and meeting them where they are. I do not judge, moralize, or analyse them. I help with support and growth. I support strengths and honor weaknesses. I believe that psychotherapy helps to heal transgenrational wounds. I work with a varoety of issues including: anxiety, trauma, anger, low self esteem, depression , relationship issues , and divorced families.
