This company illegally towed my car out of visitors parking 11/19/2015. Reasoning was I didn't have a parking permit. Then I was told I was parked in visitors parking too long. When I spoke to the resident who I was visiting, asked about parking for visitors. There is no information given to him about visitors need in parking permits to park in Visitors parking. It was towed again 11/29/2015 out of handicapped parking. I have a valid handicap placard and it was towed. So again another illegal towing out of the same complex by the same company and driver. I am seeking legal action as of now. Christmas is near and people get greedy and self centered. Nobody has 200 to just give away to someone who is acting in a criminal manner. I would never recommend anyone use this business. I hope they are closed down and the storage facility they use as well.

Company towed my vehicle illegally and damaged it. When I tried to talk to the driver he screamed obscenities at me and threw his hands in the air in a rage. After that he told me to get away from his truck when I tried to get the vehicle number. When I tried to get my vehicle fixed they lied and said they had a claims department. Would never answer my phone calls. This company fits all the stereotypes that abound about tow truck companies.Loud, obnoxious, ignorant. Their website doesn't even work!!!

Called during rush hour with a flat tire. Was told 30 to 45 minutes, and the truck driver would call in route. Never received a call! 45 minutes later the office no longer answered, and an hour and 15 minutes after that a rude white supremest looking guy arrived and began hooking up my car without so much as a nod to me. When I told him I had a reliable company in route ( who called to confirm rite away!!) he began shouting being argumentative, demanding payment for arriving whenever he felt like it. He finally shooed off when a concerned state trooper stopped to inquire to the visibly rude behavior of their employee. Thank god for AAA for finding me a safer ride home!

If you want a company that will prep your complex parking lot for easy carjacking, as seen on TV, local and national news, then these are your people. If you want someone dictating whether or not you can pull in or back in, then these are the dictators for you. The truth is, they want your car pulled in for one reason and one honest reason only - because they can jack your car faster with it pulled in, and they surely do not care if they damage it. There has yet to be any towing company that I have ever had dealings with over the past decades that has not stolen cars, particularly from the very apartment complexes they are contracted to serve. The corrupt politicians of Dallas have made it mandatory that the private property of apartment complexes be contracted with a towing company. This company wants people to damage the front ends of their modern low-to-the-ground designed cars with low profile tires, which includes even the cheap 40mpg cars. Un-American, communistic thugs.

Services are bad, I've been waiting on call back for almost two months. Every time I call I can't reach anyone and not able to leave msg. When I ask for information as far as who I can talk to no one gives me any.
