Hired him to built a wall. The job was supposed to take about a week. Paid in full and had to fire him. After lots of runaround to get the brick laid, he was unable to lay brick himself. The pillars were hanging of the slab into the grass and fell apart after a kick. Then he tells me he underestimated the cost and that this was the reason he couldn't hire brick layers and try to do it himself. I ask him for a partial refund since the the job was not getting done properly.....needless to say he is not responding to my calls or texts.... Thank God we have laws and courts. My Yard was left with cement spilled into the grass and he never cleaned that up either. He claimed he been in business for 10 years. On a positiv note....the cement slab for the wall turned out nicely
