I used this Champs Limosine service to be taken to the airport and was really disappointed in the whole trip, my family and I used this service and when he picked us up we were already running late for our departure time at the terminal, but was reassured that we would make it with no problems with was an understatement, by the time we arrived we were running to get to our flight to make it on time, this guy was the worst limosine operater i have ever seen, his passenger van was dirty and smelled like a underground bar, the smell of smoke was disgusting, If you need to rent a limo this is definitly not the one to use, take my word for it! very dissatisfied....(.in my opinion this service don't deserve any stars at all)

Wow, what can I say!! The driver called and said he would be 10 minutes late so we decided not to worry about that because we did get to our destination on time. We went a little earlier just in case there was a problem. The driver seemed nice and talked to us on the way to our destination and said we could have the service as long as we wanted it. So great, we are all thinking this is going to be fun we can do some bar hopping after the wine tasting and dinner. During dinner which was around 8:30 we get a phone call asking us when we will be get back to the limo (van). We say well..... you told us we could have the van til when ever and the driver says you said 9 or 10:00. Then there was some arguing going on and the driver hung up on us. He is very forgetful, as he talked to us twice in one day about our outing and did not remember it. We will never use this service again!! Very unprofessional!! Van smelled of smoke when we got back in also. Would not recommed this service to anyone
