I recently needed emergency airconditioning service for my Mom, who has a Century Service Contract. After suffering a fall and spending the night on the floor without airconditioning, I arrived from overseas and on a Sunday, requested an emergency repair so that my Mom's apartment would be liveable upon her return from the hospital. At 9:09, the following morning, the Century service man was at the door and made a temporary arrangement to have airconditioning until a more permanent solution could be found. Two days later, as scheduled, a Century service man was again at Mom's apartment to check the unit in the attic. He told me that we needed a new coil , and the part would be ordered and most likely installed the following week. In the meantime he checked the freon in the unit outside and told me that we'll have cooling until the coil is replaced. It is rare to find a service company with such empathy and understanding, with maintenance men so pleasant and concerned. KUDOS..
