General Info

I start with a introduction of myself and a brief description of energy healing. I hand out a form for the individuals to fill out. The form ask them what type of healing they want. It is up to the individuals if they want to share the information with the group. Then I do a meditation for about 20-30 minutes. This is when I do my channeling (open up to spirit). Each time it is different. Everything comes from within. After meditation I have a group discussion to find out what they felt and how they feel, and answering any question they may have. This all takes about hour and a half ( it can be done in less time if needed or take more time depending on the people who attend).
