Our services begin with a free consultation in the home. We recommend a walk-through of the home, which will allow us to answer any questions you may have, assess your items, take photos and notes for research. We will obtain proper permits if needed for your county or city. We are licensed, bonded and insured with “The Hartford”. We also are members of the Better Business Bureau. We also have an A+ rating on ‘Angie’s List. com’ and Better Business Bureau. Customarily estate sales are completed within two days to create urgency with buyers. However, if needed, we will conduct sales for more than two days depending on the volume of your estate. Items will be priced based on assessment of the market value of art, antiques, collectibles, furnishings, automobiles, boats, and all other household items to be sold. Our sales are designed to generate the most money possible for our clients (you). We have been in business for over 15 years. We have an extensive email list of over 20,000+ addresses, which assists in the liquidation of your personal belongings. Cece’s Closet LLC handles all aspects of your sale including researching, displaying and advertising in both local papers and nationwide estate sale websites. Our calendar is always booked at least 4-6 weeks ahead, so make sure to call us sooner than later. The single most important thing to remember is … DO NOT TO THROW ANYTHING AWAY. We are the professionals; allow us to determine what the difference is between trash or treasure. Our fee is based on a floating percentage of the sale. There are no upfront costs or deposits.
