The quality of the work provided by Carolina Tub Doctor is fair to poor. We have a claw foot bath tub and asked them to refinish it for us.They came and did the job and got overspray on one of the other fixtures in bathroom but did not clean it and now it is ruined. The poor refinishing job that was done on the tub has been reported to them several times by leaving messages on all three of their telephone numbers, but no reply what so ever has been received from them. I would suggest that you find someone else to do your refinishing job. Because, evidently, these guys could care less about satisfied customers or their reputation in the communities in which they serve.
