The folks at Carefree Solutions are great! We've used them for over a year and have consistently received excellent service. They genuinely care about doing what's best for the customer. They make sure that our pool looks beautiful and runs great without expensive repairs (in contrast to to yearly repairs we had with our former pool service companies). Great Job to Carefree Solutions. I was in the market for replacing my old sand filter. Carefree solutions gave me very competitive prices for all models of filters and even the option of just replacing my old sand. I had Chris and his team replace my old sand filter with a new Pentair DE filter. I was there onsite while all the work was done and Chris was happy to walk me through all the changes. Not only was I impressed with the workman ship but their knowledge of reworking old piping really helped me to understand my pool. Its been 3 years since I have owned my pool and it is the first time I have seen my pool truly crystal clear. Chris also replaced my pool light which had never worked before. No complaints from him when he had to get into the holly bushes for the electrical box. Heather kept me informed from the very beginning of multiple quotes, questions, parts being ordered, all the way down to shaking hands at completion. I will be using CS for future services. John

I have never had a company that when you call you get someone in the office everytime I call. Or if I email they answer it right away, day or night! It only took 30 min to replace my LED light, and everyone else said it would take more than 1 hour and they charge me for the extra hour! I recommend them to everyone! THANK YOU guys!

Chris operates one of THE best service companies I've known. I've always been frustrated with the other pool service and maintenance companies. Chris treats your pool as if it were his own. He has proven to me that he doesn't take the most expensive way to fix things, he is professional, knows his trade, friendly, and helps you save money. Heather and Chris can be reached quickly at any time to answer a question or set up a sub to get a related job done at the best price. We are so happy we found them. We have two pools; one large, one small. He takes care of everything.
