Jimmy Pierce had a mini-split system installed in my addition. This is the second larger installation they have done for me. They put an oil boiler for me about 15 years ago when I lived in Southside. Capitol's service techs are always on top of things and know how to install a system right. They are also very fair on price ( I did get other prices).

I have been a customer for 6 years for oil delivery. I'm supposed to be on auto delivery, but EVERY YEAR the tank has run out of oil at least once. Just tonight...in the middle of a snow storm...it ran out of oil. The owner called me back personally and told me they wouldn't deliver any more until they received payment for their services. They had to come out twice this past week just to service the furnace and get it to start. Neither of those visits did they even say the tank was low. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I have been a customer for over 7 years and have always been very pleased with their service. They have done plumbing, electrical, duct cleaning, oil delivery, furnace service, and central air service for me and I have found their prices to be in line with other plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Their service and technicians are great.

Expect to be surprised with an expensive bill.They wouldn't discuss cost beforehand, they said there was no way they could tell what it might cost. My bill was over $700 and I did not expect to have the tank filled to the brim. They wouldn't agree to set up a payment plan without charging a bunch of interest. In fact, the owner didn't even want to discuss it, he just threatened to take me to court and that was it.
