I'm just off the phone after discussing internet installation. Can't say anything about speed and Wi-Fi quality yet but take my words as a confession: it never was easier through my whole entire life to get to talk to a representative, get her knowledgeable advice for choosing a plan for my needs, get the payment processed and setting the installation date and time - tomorrow morning!!!!!! I can't believe it was so fast and easy! Thank you so very much for that, I can't be grateful enough!

I needed some equipment checked at my house and I was given a day the technician was coming over. I wasn't given a time frame of when to expect the technician. I was then told the guy would call from an unknown number and if i didn't answer they would not come by. I only get one chance and I cant call back. What kind of customer service is that?
