NEVER BEEN CUSTOMER AND NEVER WILL . . . If I could give a negative five I would! I have NEVER had such a negative experience with a contractor. Unprofessional and disrespectful do not even come close to describing my interaction with Chris. I contacted this contractor to discuss putting stone on my exterior chimney chase (facade) on our new construction home, the only thing left because we had not been able to get it done before winter. Not what we would have chosen but where we were. The other areas that needed stone, columns and fireplaces, had to be done to close on our house, which meant they had to be done this winter, when the chimney could not be. Making assumptions and comments about other contractors and picking the good stuff, he informed me that the work I was requesting was, to quote him . . . (begin quote) as we say the garbage work up on the chase (end quote). To someone who has worked very hard to make their house beautiful, paying attention to every detail, even something like the stone on the chimney is important. To call anything a customer needs (begin quote) garbage work (end quote) is simply unacceptable. I would recommend you find someone with an ounce of respect before you consider calling this company.
