  The majority of our work in this area is the addition to facilities where we have already worked. But in some cases we are asked by new customers to work on facilities where we have not previously been engaged. In any case, we are quite comfortable with addressing the needs of the customer.
• New Construction
  We have the luxury of confidence from our customers in knowing that whatever new facility is necessary, whether it be a complex manufacturing facility, a warehouse, a food preparation and baking plant or a church, it will be completed on-time, in-budget and with the highest quality.

Landscaping and Fencing

• Excavation
  Many of our manufacturing clients as they add new heavy equipment or prepare for new equipment lines, require extensive structural preparation or excavation services. We welcome the opportunity to serve.

Exterior

• Gutters
  A critical component of any building is its roof. Whether a regular or standing seam metal roof, we have the experience and people to get the job done. Wall sheeting and guttering are also main offerings of our steel building service line.
• Siding
  C & C’s team erected steel, deployed the roof and metal siding, performed electrical work and configured and installed all of our HVAC needs.  Their associates were professional, respectful and did just a wonderful job.  The work was of the best quality, timing was impeccable and through Jerry’s guidance, C & C’s product was most cost effective.  Without the generous use of their heavy equipment and other resources the project would have been more difficult in completion and certainly would have strained our church budget.
