I am an Owner Finance Consultant, and I have access to institutional funds That allow homeowners to sell their properties using owner financing, while Receiving cash for their sale at the same time! My job is to assist sellers and show Them how to create mortgage notes that have maximum value to use in the sale of Their properties. These funds have been available for the past nine years and sellers taking advantage of this program usually sell their home in approximately two weeks. Sellers typically net between 91% and 92% of the full appraised value of the home. I?ll consult with you through the entire process and help you eliminate many of difficult concerns.
