After having some good service done, I decided to come and leave a review for this company because they truly do deserve it. I have had them come out to my house here in Burbank on 3 different occasions. This was over the course of 2 years, and I have had various things replaced each time. I really liked how they always had same day availability, and the prices are always on point. I will continue to use them if I need service.

Approximately a week ago a drunk driver crashed into my garage door in the middle of the night. I had no choice but to hire a garage door company to come install a new door the following day. Premium Garage Door & Gate Repair Burbank was the company I chose and I am so glad I did. the found me a door very similar to mine and installed it right away. They worked with me in getting approval for my home insurance. I am happy with this company.

After I explained to them that my car was stuck inside the garage door and I was in a hurry to make it to work. They were able to make it very fast and got my car door open so that I can get my car. I was able to get to work with a few min to spare. Thumbs up!

This company was professional and very informative when it came to providing details about the new garage door they were going to install for me. I haven't had the experience of writing a review yet. This would be my first and well deserved. After the struggle of calling around for information on garage door repair on a Friday afternoon, I got a helpful office person that answered my call at Premium. Every other company was very rude over the phone! I get it, Its Friday, everyone wants to go home for the weekend. No need to be rude. The girl that I spoke to at Premium was very sweet and sharp. She knew exactly what questions to ask to get me set up for a garage door repair. She made an appointment for me to have repairs that same afternoon. My motor is very old. I guess it just gave out. The repair guy that came to repair my garage door had a new motor with him. I guess they come prepared for anything.
