Complete disregard for my time, property, and very unprofessional. I made an appointment through Home Depot for B's to install a hot water heater. They rescheduled several times the day they were coming out, but did make it out to survey the area for installation. They left that evening and informed me that I would receive a call that evening with an installation quote. Later that night, they left a message indicating I'd get a quote by 10am the next day (already not honoring committments). The next day, no quote, so I called them. The receptionist informed me the tech wasnt in, and maybe I would hear something the next day. When I told her that wouldnt work for me, she informed me she would check into the matter and call me the same evening. To date, no calls received. Additionally, their technician used my tape measure to get dimensions, and left with my tape measure which they still haven't given back. So, no quote, and my tape measure is gone!!! Terrible.

Plumbers don't have the very stellar reputation, but i have to say, i was shopping around for a tankless heater. I check the reviews, it was mixed. But they were in my area, So i took a chance. It was the best experience that i have ever had with a plumbing company. They came and did exactly what they told me they would do. the owner personally called me after to check up on the job 3 days after. Advised me that since we used B's plumbing this time, that i would have a 10 % off on all other jobs in the future. Now what more needs to be said? The owner called me personally!

Well I had the exact opposite of what the other customer had, the employees of this company were very helpful and I was pleased with the scheduling and they did everything A+++++ I am very satisified with my job and I went through home depot and got this company and I am glad they use them I used Sears years ago and they don't even have thier contractors give their employees background checks and they are not in uniform and do not have lettered trucks and I was scared to have them in my house because of that B's is the exact opposite....again thank you for a job well done.
