Initially the project went fine. The company was attentive to my requests, etc. However after the job was finished and they were paid, I found they were no longer interested in customer service. About 3 weeks after the paint went on I found several spots where paint was not sticking and was coming off. I called and was told they would be out to take a look at it. I waited and waited and this never happened. About 2 months after the job was completed I discovered that my sprinkler rain gauge had been turned upside down during the painting process and the circuit board ruined. I contacted B&R to ask them to compensate me for this and they refused to pay for a new device as "you can't prove that we did that and without proof we aren't going to pay." Since no one else was anywhere near the roof or gutters and the guage had been painted I felt that was proof enough. Overall, house painting is expensive enough without having things that weren't broken before broken and not repaired.

With all the hail damage we received, I didn't think our house could look good again. But these guys did an outstanding job! I highly recommend them!
