Braswell water systems was the Original water system supplier for my home. Since buying the house three years ago I have had to replace the water purifier, the well pump and salt system. It was easy and painless thanks to Ed. recently when my daughter ran over the well head with the lawn mower on a Holiday, Ed called me back immediately and had his guys out to fix it the very next morning. I wouldnt trust anyone else to touch my Water Treatment System. Braswell has always been there for me in a time of need. Braswell is very fortunate to have such a dedicated Field Technician. Not only does the Technician explain everything the Homer owner needs to know, he also explain the symptoms to look for when the System isnt working properly. This can avoid further damage and save the Home Owner $$ down the line. My water system was installed poorly/cheaply by another Contractor. Braswell had to come back and correct the poor installation to prevent further damages. I also had Braswell change the access to the drain and cut off valves because of the ridiculous and poor installation from the previous Contractor. Other problem the previous Contractor did includes: using a 120V Outlet and Plug for a 220 Volt source, using .40 Piping instead of .80 in the Well, using Plastic Ball Joint Shut Off Valves, and no added Pressure Stabilizer.
