Service with this company is beyond bad. I came out here with my friend who had been in an auto accidenr and BRADS towed her car. She had several large bags of things in her car and she had been in hospital for several days. She could barely walk and needed my help to retrieve her things. CHRISTY was working the desk. She was beyond rude for no reason whatsoever. Then she would not allow me to walk out into the yard to help my friend retrieve all her things. She said only the registered owner was allowed. My friend asked if anyone there could help her. CHRISTY rudely snapped at us saying ALL MY DRIVERS ARE OUT! So my friend who could barely walk after spending several days in hospital had to make five trips out into the muddy wrecking yard to get her stuff while I waited at the car (this was around noon on New Years Eve) There was no excuse whatsoever for CHRISTY'S rudeness. We plan to take this complaint as far as possible. THERE IS NO EXCUSE!!!!!
