I had never heard of this company until my car was towed away by them this past Easter Sunday from US 19 and Tampa Rd. I was completely stressed out after this traumatic crash that involved three cars. After reading some nasty reviews on this company, before I went to see my car, I was expecting the absolute worse. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were friendly, understanding, compassionate & helpful people. Exactly what I read someone else recently say. "Just real good folks" Valerie is at the desk and a real sweetheart. David led us to my car to retrieve my belongings and was as patient as anyone could be. I believe you get the same respect back that you give to others. I can't imagine that these wonderful people would give anyone a hard time unless they were extremely provoked first. They went beyond what they had to in order to help me. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you Valerie & David for being so supportive during my stresful time. Pam D. :-)
