Provided excellent service ON-SITE without a premium pricetag. The technician, Chris, was very knowledgable. He had our TV open and operating within an hour. The picture looked good as new. He definitely knows his stuff. He worked on our 61" Projection TV.

BOB HENRY TV IS RUN BY A REAL SKUMBAG WHO GOES BY THE NAME OF CRIS. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN AS HE WILL ROB YOU AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR TV OR VCR/DVD AGAIN. In Feb. 2009 I gave Cris my broken 42' Toshiba TV and a $300 Money Order for repair.Cris advised me that he could not fix it and would Give my Money and TV back. He then stopped returning my calls and will not answer the phone. When I trick him into answering, he hangs up on me when I tell him who I am.
